They definitely pulled out all the stops for this comeback!
A day after unveiling Infinite’s new logo, Infinite’s music video teaser for their upcoming track, “Destiny” was released. Woolim Entertainment reportedly spent 1 billion won to produce the boys’ block-buster comeback. Infinite had spent ten days in the U.S. for the music video’s filming and worked with top-of-the-line Hollywood filming equipment and cinematographers. Infinite‘s comeback was even more hyped up upon the announcement that they were the first Korean artists to be invited to film in the famed Universal Studios Back Lot, where movies such as ‘Transformers‘ and ‘Amazing Spiderman’ were filmed.
The teaser gives us a glimpse of the amazing cinematography we are to expect from Hollywood. In the video, the boys are seen standing in the middle of the desert surrounded by a plane “graveyard” and a deserted city (one of the sets in the Universal Studios Back Lot.) The emptiness and the boys’ desperate and angry faces allude that the video will be about the boys trying to find their loved one when they are presumably the only ones left in the world.
The boys will blow our minds with their block-buster comeback on Juy 16th, stay tuned! In the meanwhile, check out the teaser below!
