The agency behind Teen Top are being given a tough time recent from complaint calls from the parents of students in Korea who are in elementary, middle and high school.
Parents were complaining about their children leaving the house earlier to see Teen Top’s music shows, “They get up early in the morning to attend open broadcasting but since there are no public transportation, we have to drive them.” “Even though they don’t know how to get to the station, they leave house with their friends.” “The show starts late in the afternoon but why they have to leave so early?”.
One students parent said, “Since Teen Top is back performing, she leaves the house at 7 o’clock in the morning to go to the broadcasting station even on the weekends.”
The bands agency said, “Since our fans are mostly teenagers, their parents give us many calls. In the past, parents didn’t usually like their children to be in singers’ fan clubs but now they tend to accept the decision and sometimes even support it. Even though the complaint calls are a little puzzling, we are glad that the calls are not because of bad things like running away from home.”
Teen Top’s song “Crazy” has been getting a lot of attention lately. The song is on their newest album released on January 5. Teen Top are also due to appear on Mnet’s M Countdown on January 12.
