Presented by MyMusicTaste, a live event marketing team, the tour was made possible through the thousands of requests submitted by dedicated Black Roses. MyMusicTaste puts the power in the fans’ hands, allowing fans to request their favorite artist’s concert in their city. With the mission to connect and amplify the voices of fans all over the world, MyMusicTaste successfully promoted concerts of artists such as EXO, BTS, and Block B in over 52 different cities. The Rose is no different. Their European tour in February, which was their first overseas activity, was met with back-to-back sold out shows in Brussels, Moscow, Istanbul, London, and Budapest.

Prior to their European tour, Kpopconcerts interviewed The Rose (and had the band play a hilarious game of Charades), where acoustic guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist Dojoon expressed his shock at their overseas popularity:

“We have no way of knowing what’s going on overseas, and it’s hard for people overseas to know what’s happening in Korea so we’re amazed that people overseas even know about us.” – Dojoon

Thanks to the Black Rose’s viral movement on MyMusicTaste, the boys will be able to meet their long-awaited fans and see just how big of an impression they have made overseas without even reaching their one year anniversary! Congratulations, The Rose!
