Lee Hi’s highly anticipated first solo album has been pushed back from March 21 to March 28.
YG Entertainment have said that the reason the release date is being delayed a week is due to the production of Lee Hi’s music video “Rose”. The music video for the title track was due to be released on the same day as the album but YG Entertainment want to work on the video further, delaying the release date.
YG Entertainment said, “We’ve decided that we need more time to work on the music video for ‘Rose’ so we’re going to put in more effort to the product.”
Teddy, resident producer at YG Entertainment who has worked with the likes of 2NE1, also had a hand in producing Lee Hi’s title track “Rose”.
Lee Hi’s new album will be released on March 28.
