Big Bang are gaining a lot of international attention, especially after winning an award at last years MTV EMA’s in Ireland. On March 15, the Grammy website featured the group on their website.
Big Bang are the first k-pop act to be featured on the site. The photo of the group comes with the caption, “South Korean quintet Big Bang goes kaboom during a performance in Seoul, Korea, on March 11th.”
Many fans commented their surprise at the photo being on the Grammy website saying, “WOW! Fantastic, baby! *proud*”, “BIGBANG ON GRAMMY SITE WOW!”, “woooh! they should perform in GRAMMY stage!”.
Big Bang are currently promoting their new album “Alive” in Korea and will also be moving onto Japan for a comeback on March 28.
