CJ ENM Unveils Exciting Lineup for KCON LA 2024

Leading entertainment company CJ ENM has announced the highly anticipated lineup for KCON LA 2024. This year’s event will take place over three days, from July 26 to July 28, at the Crypto.com Arena, LA Convention Center, and Gilbert Lindsay Plaza in Los Angeles, CA. The event follows the success of KCON Hong Kong and KCON Japan held earlier this year.

Presented by the title sponsor Samsung Galaxy, KCON LA 2024 has evolved into a full-fledged ‘K-POP Fan & Artist Festival.’ This year, it promises even more fun and opportunities for intimate connections between fans and artists. The festival will feature various stages, performances, and content under the theme of ‘MUSEUM OF POPPIA.’ The aim is to create a unifying force that transcends borders and generations, using music and culture as a universal language.

Taking place across the Crypto.com Arena, LA Convention Center, and Gilbert Lindsay Plaza, KCON will offer a vibrant festival atmosphere with expanded multi-stages and various K-Pop content and programming. The four major stages at KCON LA 2024 are ‘M COUNTDOWN,’ ‘KCON STAGE,’ ‘MEET & GREET,’ and ‘SHOWCASE.’ The ‘KCON STAGE’ will allow fans to meet artists on a larger scale than ever before in the U.S., while the ‘SHOWCASE’ stage will introduce talented rookies who have not yet performed in the U.S., allowing them to meet a global audience. The ‘MEET & GREET’ stage will offer fans a closer, more personal meet-up experience with their favorite artists.

Shin, Head of Music Entertainment at CJ ENM. “As a flagship K-pop Super Festival, we will make every effort to serve as a platform for launching K-pop artists’ global debuts and provide more opportunities than ever for intimate connections between fans and artists.”

Since its inception in 2012, CJ ENM’s KCON has been a driving force in fostering a global community around K-Pop and demonstrating the immense power of K-Pop fandoms. KCON has become a recognized platform for launching the careers of K-Pop artists on the international stage, with about 1.83 million fans attending over the past 12 years. The festival boasts a history of iconic moments, such as BTS’s performance in 2014 and the groundbreaking collaboration between G-Dragon and Missy Elliott.

KCON LA 2024 promises to be another unforgettable chapter in the legacy of K-Pop, celebrating music, culture, and the unbreakable bond between fans and artists.
