Having started his career as a member of 2PM, Jay Park has spent nearly two decades building an impressive career as a solo artist, entrepreneur, and founder of MORE VISION. His music moves effortlessly between R&B, hip-hop, and pop, while his work behind the scenes has also led him to create LNGSHOT, the four-member boy group signed to his label. Now, the two acts are bringing their worlds together on the Serenades & Body Rolls tour, giving fans the chance to experience Jay Park’s established hits alongside LNGSHOT’s rising sound.

After travelling across North and South America, the tour made its way to Europe, with Luxembourg marking a first visit for everyone involved. Despite the persistent rain, fans queued outside for hours, their excitement building as they waited to finally see the artists live. There was an extra reason to look forward to the show, too: following the release of their joint EP, 4SHOBOIZ Vol. 2: 4SHOVILLE, fans were eager to hear the collaborative tracks come to life on stage and see the chemistry between the five artists in person.

DJ WEGUM joined them on the road, adding to the feeling that this tour is as much about friends making music together as it is about putting on a show. Also featured on a track from 4SHOBOIZ Vol. 2: 4SHOVILLE, he played the intros before the artists took the stage and supported Jay Park throughout the performance with remixes that brought a distinct club feeling to the evening.

LNGSHOT kicked off the evening with “Saucin’,” “Backseat,” and “Moonwalkin’,” immediately bringing their hip-hop-driven energy to the stage. It quickly became apparent that the four members – Ohyul, Ryul, Woojin, and Louis – hardly needed an introduction. Fans were already screaming and singing along, welcoming the group with the kind of enthusiasm that made it clear they had come to see LNGSHOT just as much as Jay Park. After the opening tracks, the members moved into their solo songs, giving each of them a moment to shine and show off their individual styles. Between the harder-hitting performances, songs like “Summer Eyes” and “Never Let Go” highlighted a smoother, more melodic side of their sound. Despite being at an early stage in their career, the four looked comfortable on stage, moving confidently between different styles and engaging with the audience throughout.

There was plenty of personality between songs, too. Louis, who has French roots, proudly showed off his French-speaking skills, a particularly fitting moment in Luxembourg, where Luxembourgish, French, and German are all part of everyday life. It was a fun way to connect with the audience during their first visit to the country, and the members seemed just as excited to be there as the fans were to welcome them.

The group also had plenty of news to share. Having recently announced their upcoming EP, S.W.I.S.H., LNGSHOT gave fans a taste of what is to come with their freshly released song “Masterpiece.” The members performed an acoustic version together with the audience, stripping the song back and allowing everyone to sing along. They then went one step further, teaching the crowd the chorus of their still-unreleased track “Beep Beep” and encouraging everyone to sing it back with them. With the song set for release on November 10, it was an exciting little preview of their next chapter.

After giving fans a glimpse of their musical future, LNGSHOT brought their set to a close with “FaceTime,” leaving the crowd thoroughly hyped up and ready for the rest of the evening. Woojin even came down to the audience to hand out high-fives, giving fans one last personal moment before the focus shifted to the main act. There was no lengthy changeover or break in the momentum. Instead, DJ WEGUM took over, playing the intro for Jay Park and steadily building the anticipation. Then, with a burst of confetti, Jay Park finally appeared on stage, taking the energy LNGSHOT had built and pushing it up another level.

The first notes of “Ohx3” set the tone for what was to come. Jay Park arrived full of energy, immediately taking control of the stage and making the most of the crowd’s excitement. His dancers made a brief appearance, adding another visual element to the opening before the focus shifted back to Jay Park and his effortless stage presence. From there, he moved into “Drive” and “Like I Do,” letting the audience experience both his smoother R&B side and the more upbeat, danceable sound that has become a staple of his live performances. With “Candy” and “V” keeping the momentum going, it quickly became clear that this was not going to be a show where anyone could stand still for long. “Iffy” proved particularly effective at getting the crowd going, with fans singing along and adding their voices to the already lively atmosphere, while “Yacht” kept the energy flowing.

The show was about more than recreating familiar tracks, though. Jay Park has always been an entertainer who enjoys interacting with his audience, and Luxembourg was no exception. He repeatedly stopped to read fan-made signs, turning what could have been quick exchanges into some of the funniest moments of the night. One sign read, “I hope your day is as nice as your ass,” which immediately caught his attention. Laughing, he proudly showed off his backside in response, much to the crowd’s delight. Another fan announced, “I have two fathers, but only Jay Park is daddy,” earning another round of laughter from the singer.

With “GANADARA,” “Need To Know,” “Yesterday,” and “All I Wanna Do,” the audience was treated to some of the songs that have defined Jay Park’s solo career. Before “Need To Know,” he introduced it as the song with the deepest lyrics he had ever written, a statement that has long been an inside joke within the fandom. Countless TikToks have poked fun at the supposedly profound lyrics, which are, in reality, very much about ass. The joke only makes the song more entertaining, and it remains a classic Jay Park track that had the crowd singing and cheering along from beginning to end.

Several fans had also prepared signs asking to become his next trainees. Rather than simply laughing them off, Jay Park encouraged them to audition, offering supportive words to those hoping to follow a similar path. It was a fitting reminder of the role he now plays in developing new artists, particularly with LNGSHOT travelling alongside him.

Before playing his new song “Daddy,” Jay Park introduced his unreleased track “Namja,” joking about how sometimes you need namja and sometimes you need daddy. It was another example of the duality running through his music and stage persona: the confident, flirtatious performer who can switch from a more serious musical moment to a punchline without missing a beat. Jay Park moved between his smoother vocal performances and the more provocative choreography that has become a signature part of his stage persona. “ME LIKE YUH” and “DNA” brought the crowd back into a more dance-driven mood, while “BLUE CHECK” added to the hip-hop-heavy stretch of the performance.

One of the standout moments came when Jay Park paid tribute to the King of Pop with a cover of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean.” Dressed in a shiny black sequin jacket and a matching fedora, he fully embraced the iconic look, bringing plenty of MJ flair to the stage. And he didn’t stop at the outfit: Jay Park showed off his own moves, moonwalking across the stage and impressing the crowd with his performance. It was a fitting homage to one of pop music’s greatest legends, adding a nostalgic highlight to an evening already packed with surprises.

As the earlier exchanges with the crowd had already shown, Jay Park’s sense of humour was just as much a part of the show as his music. And Luxembourg’s linguistic diversity provided yet another opportunity for him to get the audience laughing. At one point, he was taught how to say “fat ass” in Luxembourgish, happily adding another cheeky moment to an evening full of playful banter. The fans were more than happy to keep the jokes coming, with their signs giving him plenty of material to work with.

The evening’s biggest surprise came when Sunkis joined Jay Park on stage to perform “Top Tier” together. Although not everyone in the crowd seemed familiar with Sunkis, fans were quick to cheer him on and sing along, welcoming him warmly.

Of course, a tour called Serenades & Body Rolls would hardly live up to its name without a generous serving of both. “McNasty” and “MOMMAE” were arguably the highlights of Jay Park’s solo set, with the latter sending the crowd into a frenzy the moment its unmistakable opening began. The 2015 hit remains one of his most recognisable songs, and fans needed no invitation to sing along. But it wasn’t just the vocals getting a workout. As Jay Park moved to the beat, the body rolls took centre stage, with every dip and perfectly timed roll drawing screams from the audience. Subtlety was clearly not on the agenda, and judging

by the crowd’s reaction, nobody was complaining. If anyone had come wondering how the tour earned its name, this was their answer.

Jay Park took the crowd on a quick trip to “K-TOWN,” proudly announcing that he was the first idol to have his own soju brand. The crowd cheered as he built up the moment before launching into “SOJU.”

The energy reached its peak when LNGSHOT returned to the stage to join Jay Park for their collaborative tracks. As the opening notes of “GUKBBONG,” “Run It Up,” “NO HI, NO HEY,” and “YEAH! YEAH!” rang out, the crowd welcomed the four members back with renewed excitement. The dynamic between the group and their mentor was impossible to miss, with all five artists feeding off each other’s energy, turning the stage into one big celebration. Later, “4SHO 4SHO” and “MOYA” kept the momentum going, bringing their joint project 4SHOBOIZ Vol. 2: 4SHOVILLE to life in a way that made the connection between them feel all the more genuine.

Just when it seemed the night could hardly get any louder, the entire crew came together for the final song. Jay Park, LNGSHOT, DJ WEGUM, Sunkis and all the dancers filled the stage, celebrating together as confetti burst into the air. What had begun with LNGSHOT setting the tone had come full circle, ending with everyone sharing the spotlight. It was a fitting finale for a tour that felt less like a series of separate sets and more like one big party among friends, with the audience right there in the middle of it all.

For their first time in Luxembourg, the Serenades & Body Rolls tour left a lasting impression. LNGSHOT showcased their potential with a taste of what’s to come on S.W.I.S.H., while Jay Park delivered the hits, humour, and showmanship that make him such an entertaining performer. With new music, surprise collaborations, and a confetti-filled finale, it was a night that left plenty of reasons to hope they’ll return soon.
