Christmas arrived a little early in Los Angeles as music lovers flocked to the Intuit Dome for 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2025 to see their favorite artists. First launched in 2000, the annual music festival brings some of the year’s most influential artists for a night of back-to-back high-energy performances. In 2011, it expanded into a festival tour and has continued to spread the holiday cheer to cities across the United States. This year’s L.A. main show lineup consisted of: Alex Warren, Audrey Hobert, Conan Gray, Feid, Jackson Wang, Jessie Murph, The Kid LAROI, Leon Thomas, Reneé Rapp, Sean Paul, Zara Larsson, Freya Skye, and a special performance from EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami – the singing voices of HUNTR/X from the global animated hit, KPop Demon Hunters.

Just outside the venue, the Intuit Dome Plaza offered space for preshow festivities with the 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball Pre-Show Village. The free, all-a-ges event offered fans a mix of interactive activations and daytime performances from Kevin Woo, JO1, Rachel Chinouriri, GIRLSET, and Alexander Stewart. Scattered throughout the plaza’s two levels, a lineup of sponsor activations encouraged fans to take in the event at their own pace. Towering performer posters served as photo-op areas while McDonald’s kept attendees caffeinated and energized with their free coffee samples. On the other side of the plaza, the Yaamava Resort & Casino booth drew long lines with its prize wheel – some lucky attendees even scored meet-and-greet passes with artists from the main show lineup. The Toyota booth also returned to the Village, offering passing fans travel-sized hand sanitizers and free apparel to those who take a photo with Santa at their makeshift photo opp.

It was impossible to ignore the ripple effect of the globally beloved animated film, KPop Demon Hunters, which has filled the year with nonstop earworms. News of HUNTR/X’s live concert debut made waves online, drawing fans of all ages and backgrounds to the Intuit Dome. Throughout the Village, fans of the film were easy to spot. Some wore KPDH hoodies and t-shirts, proudly sported character pins, and a few arrived in cosplay to replicate their favorite character’s outfit. A handful of hopeful friends and families even showed up without tickets to the main show, hoping to win them at the Village.

The film’s worldwide success was further highlighted on the Jingle Ball Village stage by radio host JoJo Wright. Reflecting on the film’s “genre-bending” soundtrack and appeal, he noted how the songs quickly took over the airwaves. Even the artists involved in the project never imagined how massive it would ultimately become. With that, he proudly introduced the first performer of the day, Kevin Woo.

After the warm introduction, Kevin Woo and his dancers stepped onto the Jingle Ball Village with roars of screams from the crowd. Kevin – joined by two dancers and a live band – kicked off the afternoon with the beloved Kpop Demon Hunters track, “Soda Pop.” Fans of all ages danced and sang along to the chorus almost word for word. Between performances, Kevin Woo introduced himself and reflected on his early days with his former group, U-KISS, to this new chapter as the singing voice of Saja Boys’ Mystery Saja. He gave a shoutout to all the Hunters and Prides (the name of HUNTR/X’s and Saja Boys’ fandom) in the crowd before shifting gears into his latest original song, “Deja Vu.”

Kevin kept the set playful and interactive, throwing merchandise from his recent U.S. solo concert into the crowd, followed by a promise of new music coming out at the top of the year. He continued with a live rendition of his favorite song of the year, “APT” by ROSÉ and Bruno Mars, before bringing his set full circle with, “Your Idol,” sending the crowd into a frenzy.

JO1

Japanese boy group JO1 brought a wave of enthusiasm to the Jingle Ball stage, backed by their devoted fans, called JAM. Formed through the reality competition show, “PRODUCE 101 JAPAN,” the group has continued to foster an international following that was on full display in the Village crowd. JAM sported bright, handmade signs, light sticks, and even flags bearing a member’s face on them. Some JAM shared that they travelled straight to L.A. after JO1’s Jingle Ball appearance in Texas just days earlier.

JO1 immediately launched into their high-energy tracks “HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY” and “RUSH,” which showcased their synchronization and charming stage presence. Still fresh from their Dallas performance, the members couldn’t help but express their excitement to finally be on the Jingle Ball stage in L.A. They said that while “HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY” is a song celebrating an ordinary day, today was special since they could spend it with their L.A. JAM. To further brighten everyone’s day, JO1 performed an acapella version of the classic holiday track, “Last Christmas.” They closed the set with a bang with back-to-back English versions of “BE CLASSIC” and “Handz in My Pocket,” sending JAM into a final wave of cheers.

Rachel Chinouriri

British indie pop singer Rachel Chinouriri brought warm vibes and intimacy to the Village stage, a gentle contrast to the high-energy sets that preceded her. She first began releasing music on SoundCloud in 2019 and has since gone on to release music all laced in emotional storytelling. Bringing her body of work to the Village stage, she opened her set with her top-streaming Spotify track, “All I Ever Asked.” The crowd remained fully engaged, actively participating in call-and-response. Her bright indie pop vibes came through in her vulnerable and humorous “Can We Talk About Isaac?” delivered in casual, relatable charm, before before she wrapped up with another beloved track, “Never Need Me.” Her set ended quickly, leaving the crowd yearning for more.

GIRLSET

American girl group GIRLSET made their first live stage debut since rebranding at the Village stage, delivering the afternoon’s most festive performances. Formed through the JYP Entertainment x Republic Records’ reality competition show, “A2K,” the group originally debuted in 2023 as a six-member group called Vcha before rebranding to GIRLSET with a four-member lineup in August 2025. Since the rebrand, the group embraced the confident, girl-crush concept, signaling the start of a bold new chapter in their career.

GIRLSET embraced the holiday spirit with their sweet opening cover of Ariana Grande’s “Santa Tell Me.” Citing their shared love for Ariana Grande and the holiday song, they felt it was only befitting to kick off their stage with a seasonal tone. They continued with a holiday remix of their re-debut song, “Commas,” which boasted added holiday accents of the original track’s hip-hop instrumentals. Between performances, GIRLSET introduced themselves and briefly chatted with their fans about the best way to get into the holiday spirit – mentioning everything from watching classic Christmas films to hosting a White Elephant gift exchange.

After the brief break, GIRLSET were ready to segue back to the show, “While it’s been fun being ‘Little Miss’ Festive, it’s time to transition into our next song.” The crowd went wild as GIRLSET’s latest hit, “Little Miss,” blared through the speakers. The powerful 2000s-inspired track went viral online for its infectious melody and choreography that drew a loud reaction from the Jingle Ball crowd. Fans came ready to sing along from start to finish. Some in the back were event spotted dancing along to the members in perfect sync. During their final ment, GIRLSET thanked their fans for all the immense love and support for “Little Miss,” noting that they have seen all the song and dance covers posted online. Promising to return with new music very soon, GIRLSET closed their set with a fierce cover of Britney Spears’ “Gimme More,” flipping the iconic opening line to “It’s GIRLSET, bitch,” and prompted an explosing reaction from the entertained crowd.

Alexander Stewart

Canadian singer-songwriter Alexander Stewart capped off the Jingle Ball Village performances with a set rooted in heartache. After first gaining traction as a teenfor his YouTube covers, he has since moved into producing original music and released his debut album, bleeding heart, last year. The album earned him his first JUNO Award nominations for “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” as well as “Pop Album of the Year,” and was followed by the release of his EP What If? in October of this year.

On the Village stage, Alexander opened with “I Wish You Cheated,” the beloved track that topped Billboard’s “Canadian Hot 100” chart. His soulful vocals commanded the crowd’s full attention and left them in awe as he moved into “Blame on You.” A fun inclusion in his set was his song, “The Way a Heart Breaks,” which is an interpolation of JoJo’s 2000s hit, “Too Little, Too Late.”  He finished with “Here Again,” a reflective track that brought the Village performances to an quiet close.

From iconic viral hits and dynamic performances to soothing tunes, the KIIS FM Jingle Ball Pre-Show Venue was the perfect segue into the main show at the Intuit Dome. Stay tuned for next year’s festivities and check out our full photo gallery from the Village below.
