4Minute’s Hyuna has recently collaborated with Toyota Corolla for her new song, “My Color”. To spice it up, Toyota has released a fun iPhone app called Made In Corolla that allows fans to “interact” with Hyuna as she goes about making the music video.
The video is filmed from the fans’ point of view as Hyuna takes them around the set of “My Color”. The app will require access to your Facebook profile, which allows for your name and profile picture to appear in the cut scenes, allowing for fans to feel closer to the K-Pop star.
Hyuna then teaches aegyo-filled dance poses and a bit of the chorus for the fans to follow. Afterwards, fans can record themselves doing the dance moves and singing bits of the chorus which will then be shown added into scenes of Hyuna’s music video.
Made in Corolla is purely for fun and allows fans to share their music video with their fellow K-Pop friends. According to MnetAmerica, notable Youtube stars will be coming up with their own renditions of “My Color” as well!
