EXO will be performing in Dallas for their “Exo’lusion” tour. Concert promotors My Music Taste announced that Kai would be unable to perform in the show due to visa issues.
The statement from the team read:
We regret to tell you that EXO member KAI will not be able to attend the Dallas show due to visa delay. MMT is solely responsible for the misconduct while applying for the visas, and has tried everyway to resolve the problem at hand. The visa has not been issued, and therefore, KAI will not be able to go to the Dallas show. At any rate, we will try our best to have KAI participate in the rest of the tour starting from Vancouver.
We sincerely apologize to all EXO fans, ticket purchasers, EXO team and KAI, the artist management S.M. Entertainment, and the organizer DREAM MAKER ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED for our negligence.
Dallas show on 10th February 2016 will play, but unfortunately, without the presence of KAI. Should anyone want refund, Dallas tickets will be refunded at full price. MMT will make sure that any financial damage that may be caused by refund be fully compensated for. More detailed information regarding the refund policy will be posted tomorrow.
We apologize once more to all EXO fans, ticket purchasers, EXO team and KAI, the artist management S.M. Entertainment, and the organizer DREAM MAKER ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. MMT and staff will make an utmost effort to prevent any recurrence of such mishap.
Despite being one member down the rest of the boys will still carry on with the show.
