Hip-hop fans rejoice! Korea’s top rappers are heading to the U.S.!
Live production company Powerhouse announced that the much acclaimed hip-hop competition show Show Me The Money will be holding concerts in Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY featuring the hottest rappers from the show.
Confirmed performers for the hip-hop extravaganza are SMTM judges Tablo and Jinusean (YG), San E and Verbal Jint (Brand New Music), Paloalto (Hi-Lite Records), and Jay Park and Loco (AOMG). They will be accompanied this season’s winner, Basick, and other contestants. (Note: Jinusean will only be attending the LA show.)
The concerts are scheduled for September 10 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles and September 12 at the Best Buy Theater in New York. Tickets for both concerts go on sale on August 17 at 10AM (local time) on www.axs.com.
Show Me The Money has captured worldwide attention for being a unique rap elimination program that pits Korea’s best rappers (mostly from the underground community) against one another to battle it out for a grand cash prize.
