Earlier this month, news has been confirmed that PSY has signed a contract with Justin Bieber’s Agency. The man behind that agency is none other than Scooter Braun. He is an American talent manager with two record labels, representing teen sensations such as Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Japsen.
