The KBS K-pop World Festival celebrates fans around the world that appreciate k-pop and gives the most dedicated of fans the opportunity to fly to Korea for the final round of the competition.
The top competing teams will visit Korea in person and compete with each other through mentoring system by KPOP celebrities and entertainment management companies in Korea.
Voting opens on September 2nd-15th the way to vote is ” Add points from netizen from homepage, the number of hits in Youtube, and points from panel together to select final 15 teams and announce them on the homepage.”
