JYJ Perform at Seoul Nuclear Security Summit

The 2012 Nuclear Security Summit was held on March 26th and 27th, and featured world leaders including US President Barack Obama and South Korean Prime Minister Kim Hwang-Sik gathering together to discuss various nuclear-related issues. At the forefront of discussions was North Korea’s plan to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Kim Il-Sung, the nation’s founding leader, by launching a long-range rocket carrying a satellite next month.

JYJ were present at the summit as honorary ambassadors. They performed their songs In Heaven and Be My Girl as part of a cultural performance for the various dignitaries and guests gathered in Seoul. Proving their popularity with females the world over, the trio were also asked to pose for photos with first ladies and female diplomats, who represented the many countries who had gathered for the discussions.

Fans also commented on Jaejoong’s recently-dyed blond hair, as it matches fellow member Junsu’s own blond locks. Some netizens wondered whether Yoochun would follow suit and JYJ would become an all-blond group like B.A.P! Jaejoong’s Twitter profile picture was also recently changed to reflect his new hairstyle.
