Big Hit Entertainment’s TXT and Source Music’s GFRIEND will join Pledis Entertainment’s NU’EST and BELIFT LAB’s ENHYPEN as performing artists at the upcoming 2021 NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE presented by Weverse online and offline concert. The concert will take place on Thursday, December 31, 2020.

The news follows a day after Big Hit Labels announced the inaugural event via their fan-community platform, Weverse.  The third and final artist announcement will be released on November 12.

2021 NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE presented by Weverse will be the first family concert featuring Big Hit Labels artists. While the concert will be live streamed online, the offline (in-person) portion may be subject to changes and/or cancellation per social distancing regulations and restrictions due to COVID-19.

The official announcement states: “Limited seating will be available for the offline (in-person) performance due to seat-spacing guidelines mandated by government COVID-19 prevention measures. If the offline concert must be cancelled due to further government regulations, the event will only be live streamed online. All ticket reservations will be refunded in full if the offline event is cancelled. We will provide additional updates in the event of such changes.”

Weverse, created by beNX, is a fan-community app that houses multi-artist content to provide easy accessibility for fans all around the world. Weverse enables close fan-artist communication, offers a variety of video content, provides shopping services by connecting with their commerce platform Weverse Shop, and provides innovative fan experiences at concert venues with light stick bluetooth capabilities.
