YG Entertainment have annouced that after three years, Epik High will be making their comeback this September.

YG Entertainment said in a statement, “Epik High and YG have settled on a contract and are announcing a new album. We have already finished recording and plan to release the album this September.”

Epik High last released, ‘e’, their sixth album in September 2009. The group was on hiatus while DJ Tukutz and Mithra Jin signed up for military service.

Tablo signed a solo contract with YG Entertainment last September and released his first solo album.

YG Entertainment added, “We will do everything we can to help the members, who’ve gone through difficult times, create even better music.”
