Big Bang finished off their Tokyo Dome concert last night with a massive 55,000 fans. Especially surprising even though most of their fans were students and office workers, still attended the concert on a weekday.
Tickets for the concert had sold out quite quickly, causing fans to request for additional dates to be added to the schedule. However YG Entertainment stated, “Although there were many requests we have still decided to leave it with just one performance this time around”.
It has taken Big Bang three years since their debut to reach Tokyo Dome which is a massive stage reserved for the biggest acts.
Talking about the Tokyo Dome concert, Big Bang’s Seungri said, “Dreams do become a reality We were near the Tokyo Dome 3 years ago doing a concert at JCB Hall in front of 2000 fans Now we’re performing at the dome with 55000 fans”.
Big Bang are set to play in Hong Kong and London in a couple of weeks time before ending their tour next year.
