K-Pop singer Ailee will be attending the 55th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, CA on February 10th.
Ailee will be attending the awards as VIP and will be walking the red carpet with world renowned singers such as Katy Perry, Rihanna, Adele, etc. Although she has not been nominated for the Grammys, she did receive an award for ‘Best New Female Artist’ award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards, the Asian equivalent to the Grammys.
Ailee was also announced to be the special guest for Mnet America’s Pre-GRAMMY Party on February 7th where she will he honored with the ‘Mnet Rising Star Award.’ According to Billboard, the Pre-GRAMMY Party will be a “celebration focused around K-pop’s breakthrough year in 2012.” Other guests include Asian-American singers such as David Choi, Connie Lim, Sonia Rio, etc. The Pre-GRAMMY Party will be streamed live through MCube on mnetamerica.com
