2NE1 have cancelled their schedulled stops in Malaysia and Indonesia through a message on their official Facebook page.
The message read:
[2NE1 1st GLOBAL TOUR : NEW EVOLUTION] Dear BLACKJACK in Malaysia & Indonesia,
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret to announce that the 2NE1 shows originally scheduled for Malaysia & Indonesia had to be cancelled. We sincerely apologize to all our fans in Malaysia & Indonesia and hope that we will be able to play there in the near future. The remaining shows on the tour have not been affected and we thank each and every one of you for your amazing love & support.
There has been no further details as to why the concerts were cancelled and no future dates have yet been announced.
[UPDATE] An official press release from the organisers said that the concert was “cancelled due to unresolved technical issues encountered while producing the show”.Speculation says that they cancelled due to venue issues, but this hasn’t been confirmed by the group. Other tour dates around the Malaysia and Indonesia stops have not been affected.
2NE1 are still scheduled to visit Taiwan and Singapore.
