[RECAP] TRI.BE Drives Denver “Loca”

On June 26, K-Pop fans in Denver were treated to an electrifying night of music and entertainment as the rising girl group, TRI.BE, took the stage at the Oriental Theater as part of their highly anticipated Vida Loca 2023 US Tour. The venue was brimming with anticipation as TRUE (TRI.BE fans) eagerly awaited the performance of their beloved idols.

As the lights dimmed and the stage came alive with a burst of energy, the seven-member powerhouse, comprised of Songsun, Jinha, Hyunbin, Soeun, Jia, Kelly, and Mire, made a grand entrance. The crowd erupted into thunderous applause and cheers as TRI.BE kicked off the night with their opening song, “Loca.” The audience erupted into cheers, fueling the girls’ performance. The infectious beats and catchy melodies had the crowd instantly hooked. The group’s impeccable synchronization and powerful vocals showcased their undeniable talent.

The group’s stage presence was truly mesmerizing. Songsun and Jinha impressed the crowd with their powerful vocals; Hyunbin and Soeun showcased their fierce rap skills; and Jia, Kelly, and Mire proved to be talented dancers by captivating the audience with their precise and synchronized moves.

The setlist was a carefully curated mix of their well-known hits and exciting new tracks. Fan favorite songs like “-18,” “LORO,” “KISS,” and In The Air,” ignited the crowd. Each performance was accompanied by stunning visuals, mesmerizing choreography, and dazzling stage effects that heightened the overall experience. TRI.BE members also performed various cover pieces such as MONSTA X’s “Shoot Out” and BTS“Permission To Dance.” TRUE loved these fun and lighthearted additions.

Beyond their musical prowess, TRI.BE also took the time to interact with their Denver TRUE throughout the concert. They expressed their gratitude for the support and love they have received. The members’ genuine smiles and warm interactions created an intimate and unforgettable connection with the audience. The group had an “Ask TRI.BE” segment where they read questions from TRUE. The pre-filled-out sticky notes consisted of questions like “Did you eat?”; “Beef or Pork?” and “What is your MBTI?.” When asked “What has been your favorite tour moment?” the members responded that this moment was their favorite moment, sending the crowd into cheers. Someone had asked if they could do a dance challenge to which TRI.BE taught TRUE a few dance moves from their song “WONDERLAND” for social media. Another sticky note read “Bha Bha please?” and the members performed a few moves from “The Bha Bha Song” choreography. 

As the concert neared its end, TRI.BE unleashed powerful performances that left the crowd in awe. The atmosphere reached a fever pitch as the members poured their hearts into each song, feeding off the energy of the fans. TRUE was spellbound by the group’s dynamic choreography and the powerful delivery of songs like “WOULD YOU RUN” and “WITCH.” The Oriental Theater was transformed into a sea of lightsticks and cheers, creating a euphoric ambiance as the members bid farewell, promising to return soon with even greater music and performances.

Denver TRUE chanted in unison for an encore to which the members reappeared from backstage. They delivered a breathtaking encore of “STAY TOGETHER,” took selfies with fans’ mobile phones, and sent finger hearts to the crowd.

TRI.BE’s stop in Denver proved the group’s exceptional talent and unwavering dedication. TRUE left with hearts full of joy and gratitude, eagerly anticipating the next opportunity to witness the group’s electrifying performances once again.
