NMIXX took the stage at YouTube Theater on April 9, 2026, for the Los Angeles stop of their first-ever world tour, EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER. As the finale stop in the tour’s Europe and North American leg, the night underscored just how far the group has come since their 2022 debut. Comprised of LILY, HAEWON, SULLYOON, BAE, JIWOO, and KYUJIN, the six-member act first turned heads with their self-coined “MIXX POP” sound and quickly built a reputation for powerhouse live vocals and genre-defying music. After solidifying their unique sound with the public with the Fe3O4 series and their 2025 full-length album Blue Valentine, with “Blue Valentine” being their first No. 1 single, they have returned to Los Angeles as mature, experienced artists with a stacked discography.

In 2026, NMIXX continued to expand their global presence with their first world tour EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER, high-profile global festival appearances—including becoming the first K-Pop group to perform at Brazil’s São Paulo Carnival— and the release of their digital single “Tic Tic” in collaboration with Brazilian singer Pabllo Vittar. NMIXX continues to further cement their reputation as one of K-Pop’s most dynamic, globally rising groups.

A live band set the tone for the night, opening with a futuristic instrumental that immediately filled the venue with anticipation. As the music swelled, NMIXX appeared in ethereal white, flowy skirts paired with corset tops. They took their places and launched straight into “O.O.” Backed by the band’s powerful arrangement, their strong vocals stood out, and the crowd fell into an awed silence when the band stripped away all instrumentals for Lily’s soaring high note. Without pause, they transitioned into “Phoenix,” strutting in perfect synchronization toward the edge of the stage as flames lit up the backdrop. LILY urged NSWERS, the official fan club name, to “run away” with them to lead into “Run For Roses.” For “Soñar (Breaker),” it featured a Spanish guitar that added a romantic, unique twist to the signature “NMIXX, change up!” By the time “RICO” hit, the crowd was hyped up by the consecutive, high-energy stages.

After five songs, the members took a moment to greet the audience. BAE used this as a chance to rizz up the crowd and exclaimed that, “You’re so beautiful that you made me forget my pick up line.” Reflecting on their journey, HAEWON shared how meaningful it was to return after previous appearances in Los Angeles. JIWOO and KYUJIN introduced the significance behind their tour title, ZERO FRONTIER, describing it as the beginning of a shared adventure between NMIXX and their fans, NSWERs.

Before continuing, the girls led the audience in a quick practice to ensure everyone was ready to loudly sing the catchy “byeolbyeolbyeol” hook from “See That?” NSWERs understood the assignment and filled the theater with loud chants for “See That?” and that energy carried over into the playful, dynamic performances of “BOOM” and “DASH,” where fans went crazy over their signature MIXX-pop change-ups.

A cinematic VCR offered a brief pause—featuring the members ascending into a sky-like world above the clouds, gathered around a podium that flashed the numbers “1376.”

Right on cue, NMIXX returned in coordinated, light blue, loose-fitting schoolgirl uniform-inspired outfits to reflect the shift to a brighter, more playful section. They performed “PAXXWORD” and “Young, Dumb, Stupid,” the latter ending with HAEWON sweetly ending with “Nice to see you again, LA!” The mood shifted once again with “Break The Wall,” an empowering anthem that saw the members freely moving across the stage, interacting with fans as confetti filled the air. As the members took a moment to catch their breath, KYUJIN highlighted how performing with a live band made the experience feel even more special and different from the recorded versions. LILY then led the crowd into a playful competition of who could be the loudest—quickly devolving into a joyful barking match between members and the fans.

As the show progressed, SULLYOON teased that the “real show” was only just beginning, and BAE encouraged fans to light up the venue with their MIXXTICK, their official lightstick, and cellphones. Bathed in dreamy blue and purple hues, “Shape of Love” created a softer, more emotional moment. The group shed their layers during the blackout and emerged in striking black, studded leather outfits for “High Horse,” where LILY and HAEWON’s partner choreography during the bridge elicited loud cheers from fans. As a special treat to fans, BAE and KYUJIN remained on stage for their powerful yet sensual dance break. The pace picked up again after the members rejoined the duo on stage for “SPINNIN’ ON IT.”

During “KNOW ABOUT ME,” the group perfectly executed an additional dance break during JIWOO’s iconic rap part. As they moved into the “Red light sign, but we go” section, the members spread out across the stage to interact with and lead fans to jump along to the intense beat.

Another cinematic VCR introduced a darker, storyline-driven sequence, showing the members breaking free from confinement and climbing toward a stormy sky. Re-emerging in white corset tops paired with bedazzled denim, they powered through “PAPILLON,” “Slingshot,” and the confident, attitude-filled “Reality Hurts.” A special highlight was a live performance of “TIC TIC,” their collaboration with Pabllo Vittar, that added a global flair to the setlist.

During the ending ment, the group’s playful chemistry took center stage as they joked around with NSWERS. LILY playfully asked the crowd, “Who thinks they’re the biggest fan of NMIXX in the room?” and laughed when she admitted she loved the honesty from those who didn’t raise their hands. She then led fans in practicing KYUJIN’s “big wave” part from “DICE” and encouraged everyone to bring that same level of energy for the next stage. SULLYOON later mentioned that she was sweating more than usual, attributing it to the crowd’s incredible energy that night. JIWOO asked fans what they were planning to eat after the show, prompting a flood of shouted responses—only for HAEWON to jokingly scold them, insisting they should be “full” after watching NMIXX’s performance. HAEWON also shyly confessed that she actually forgot to cue the audience to sit down during the VCR and speaking moments. Worried about NSWERs getting tired, she then urged fans to shout “Can we sit?” to the members to give them moments to rest. Sadly, it was time to say goodbye for now. NMIXX leaned into the electric atmosphere and finished up the official last section of the setlist with high-powered performances of “DICE,” “TANK,” “Love Me Like This,” and “Blue Valentine,” each track met with deafening cheers.

As fans awaited the encore, they filled the venue with a sing-along to the English version of “Blue Valentine.” Finally, the last VCR played, showing the members reaching toward a bright light and stepping into a glowing horizon. Returning in casual tour merch, NMIXX closed the night on a playful and heartfelt note with “BEAT BEAT” and “Funky Glitter Christmas,” even involving the live band to sing into the microphones (against their will). A fan-made video tribute commemorating their fourth anniversary added an emotional layer to the finale, prompting both laughter and reflection as NMIXX read personal messages from NSWERS. The video was well-made and so well-received by the members that LILY kept trying to recruit this person to work at SQU4D, the JYP sub-division that exclusively manages NMIXX.

In their final remarks, the members expressed deep gratitude to their band, staff, and fans, sharing how much they had grown through their first world tour and how meaningful it was to conclude this leg in Los Angeles. They reassured fans that this was only the beginning, promising to return even stronger. Ending with “Moving On” and “ADORE U,” the girls showed their heartfelt gratitude towards fans while expressing their joy and love for performing with their silly antics on stage. Saying their final goodbyes, NMIXX reluctantly parted with NSWERs after a jam-packed night of amazing performances.

NMIXX’s return to Los Angeles for their first solo world tour was an exhibition of their growth and long list of accomplishments since their previous 2022 showcase tour. After a successful conclusion to the European and North American shows, NMIXX will return to Asia to close out the rest of the tour. Los Angeles NSWERs can look forward to more great music and performances from NMIXX in the years to come.
