Singer and actress, IU recently took part in the shooting of KBS 2TV’s new drama series Lee Soon Sin is the Best.
On February 21, the crew reported that IU shot the series outdoor on February 19.
As soon as the shooting started, she was able to focused on the emotion of her character and cried immediately. Even with the cold weather, she focused on her acting, exposing her legs.
IU successfully completed the shooting without making a mistake. After the shooting, she posed in front of the statue of Admiral Lee Soon Sin for her fans.
A Story, the production company of the drama series, said, “IU is really enthusiastic about acting. Her acting and her attitude toward acting exceed out expectations. We think we can achieve the audience rating of 50 percent.”
Lee Soon Sin is the Best tells a story about a mother and a daughter, who suddenly lose her husband and her father, seeking happiness. Revolving around the main character’s love story, it will mainly discuss about family, identity, and the real meaning of happiness.
The series stars IU, Jo Jung Suk, Son Tae Young, Yoo In Na, and Go Joo Won and will start airing on March 9 after Seoyoung is My Daughter ends.
