Review

Overall, the drama was interesting and exciting to watch. Fans of Yoochun and Eun Hye definitely do not want to miss this drama. For those who have not watched the drama, be prepared with tissues as the more you watched the drama, the more heartbreaking it is. The best part for me will have to be the beginning and the ending of the drama.

The drama begins with Han Jung Woo getting to know Lee So Yeon and forming their friendship slowly. The first few episodes were bittersweet due to the sweet moments shared by both Jung Woo and Soo Yeon. But, at the same time it is also depressing to see Soo Yeon suffered from being a murderer’s daughter and Jung Woo not having a loving family. As for the ending, I’m glad that both the main characters are finally back together.

The ending was a perfect closure for the drama. Besides, the part where both Soo Yeon and Jung Woo visualize what would it be like if they were friends with Harry when they both first met was refreshing. In terms of acting, all actors and actresses did a good job. Yeo Jin Goo was impressive and definitely live up to my expectations. He was able to show his sensitive, caring and lovable side. As for Kim So Hyun, she surprises me! I did not like her in Moon Embrace the Sun drama but she proved herself to be a versatile actress despite her young age. She managed to portray a very vulnerable yet strong character to me.

Both Jin Goo and So Hyun have much potential and will become rising stars in the future. As for Yoochun, Eun Hye and Seung Ho, they did a remarkable job! I do not know about anyone else but I would definitely want to watch this drama for the second time. There are still some areas of improvement in terms of the plot but thanks to the awesome cast, the drama is definitely worth the time!
