Rain has taken his first break from national service, Korean media is reporting. Rain started his military service in October 2011 as a regular soldier but soon excelled to become a member of the special forces because of his high health and fitness levels.
Rain was given leave from February 9th to 16th, two more days than regular soldiers.
While on leave Rain kept a very low profile, not leaving home during that time. A representative for Rain sated, “He did what every serviceman does on their first break, just enjoying home-cooked meals and resting.”
Fans will still have to wait over a year until Rain is discharged from military duty, scheduled July 10th, 2013.
