It was recently reported that Goo Hara has purchased a 1.165 billion won house in Seoul’s Cheongdam-dong.
The two-story home was built in 1975 and was bought by the singer in June. It has been speculated that she will be moving into the home once remodeling has been completed.

According to realtors, the purchase is largely being summed up as a smart investment although others speculate the fact the headquarters of Cube Entertainment, the agency  of her boyfriend Yong Jun Hyung of BEAST, is only 200 meters from the house may have had an influence on the purchase. What do you guys think?
