In respect of Minzy’s grandmother passing away this week, 2NE1 have cancelled their live comeback performance of “I Love You” on M!Countdown last week.

YG Entertainment confirmed that the scheduled performance was cancelled to allow Minzy to go to the funeral service.

Minzy’s grandmother Gong Okjin had been suffering from a chronic illness.

A YG Entertainment representative revealed, “Minzy wants to attend the send off ceremony on Thursday to commemorate her great-aunt. Thanks to Mnet’s considerate regard, we have decided to cancel the show for this week.”

CL, Dara and Bom will continue to take part in a chat session hosted by Korean social networking site me2day on Wednesday.
