Lee Seung Gi has been confirmed as leading actor to MBC’s new drama ‘Ancient Medical Book’, which will be aired early next year. Miss A’s Suzy is also in line as leading actress and is currently thinking ‘positively’ in taking the role.
It will be another big acting role for Suzy, who has recently been acting in drama ‘Big’ and for Lee Seung Gi who was the main lead actor in MBC drama ‘The King 2 Hearts’. The script writer for the new drama has been confirmed to be Kang Eun Kyung (The Baker King Kim Tak Gu). She will be joining hands with Shin Woo Chul PD of the drama ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’
It has been said the drama will be a fushion Sageuk drama, with Lee Seung Gi rumoured to be a half-man half-animal character.
